About Us

Yoga nidra is an ancient and profound active meditation process also known as yogic sleep or psychic sleep that combines science and spirit. One hour of yoga nidra is the equivalent to three hours of deep sleep and the brain goes into alpha and deep theta wave states.

Going into the state between sleeping and waking, it is a deeply healing and creative practice that allows the practitioner to experience deep relaxation while remaining awake and alert. We will practice yoga nidra with complimentary meditation and pranayama practices to soothe the mind and body.
